The focus of this role will be on tools development, designing and developing new services, unit tests, and automation tools. The ideal candidate should be able to hit the ground running but is willing to teach someone that almost has all the skills. This is a critical need for our client working on their flagship product. The current tech stack in production consists of C#, .NET Core, Kubernetes and AWS.We are seeking passionate developers with raw intellect. Have financial services experience working with real-time, high-transaction, low-latency applications? You will be focused on server-side development in an Agile environment. We are paying top dollar for this role!TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS5+ years of experience in the following skill sets---* Software Engineering / Application Design / Development* C# / .NET Core* Concurrency / Multithreading* Communication protocols (TCP/UDP/IP, ZeroMQ, WebSockets, Protobufs, HTTP)* Experience with distributed and scalable software architectures* Automation Tools Development* Unit Tests / Regression Testing* Familiarity with TDD - Test Driven Development* CI / CD - Continuous Integration / Continuous Development* GitLab CI or TeamCity or Jenkins* Solid understanding of web protocols such as HTTP and WebSockets* Agile DevelopmentPREFERRED (but not required)* Cloud Architecture/Deployment with AWS, Stacker, EKS* Docker or Kupernetes Experience* Scripting and automation experience (e.g. Powershell, Bash, Ruby)*
