DescriptionSummary:Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of medium to large scale and complexity technology projects to ensure that goals and objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame, funding parameters and requirements. Executes the project plans and activities following project management best practices ensuring quality and integrity of the information throughout the entire life cycle of the project.Manage customer's expectationsAdhere to PPMO processes, policies and standards Communicate project information to stakeholdersEducate stakeholders on project managementValidate work plan, duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority with managementProvide advice to managementLead project-related meetingsLead, coach and motivate project team membersPlan and organize projectsUnderstand scope and objectives of the projectAssist with formulating and defining scope and objectives of the projectEstablish project governanceDetermine time frame, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing projectDetermine staffing requirements, and allotment of available department resources to various phases of the projectIdentify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required tasksDirect and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule, within budget and to expected quality and scopePrepare reports for management, client and othersCoordinate and respond to requests for changes from original specificationsCoordinate project activities with activities of business unit(s)Establish and lead go-live command centers Requirements:Bachelor's DegreeFinancial and or Healthcare experience preferredWork Type: Full Time
