Job DescriptionAs a member of CoreLogic's leading Real Estate Marketing team, HomeVisit, you will focus on the onboarding of new customers as well as product and service expansion within our existing customer base. You will be responsible for generating new leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and expanding existing business. You will work closely with our Outside Sales team members, Key Accounts team members, as well as our Customer Service team members. You will identify leads and reach business targets through phone, chat and email. You will also actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on your interactions with prospects and existing clients.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Contact new and existing customers via phone, chat and email
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales
  • Make outbound follow up calls to existing clients via phone and email cross-sell and up-sell
  • Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
  • Create and deliver qualified opportunities to other team members
  • Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects
  • Ensure follow up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
  • Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports
  • Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database
  • Attend periodic sales training where applicable

    Job Qualifications
    • University or college degree in Business, Marketing or an acceptable combination of education and experience
    • 2+ years' of direct work experience in a sales or telesales capacity
    • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas
    • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management
    • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent listening and presentation skills
    • Proficiency in English
    • Awareness of industry's latest technology trends and applications
    • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
    • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
    • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
    • High level of integrity and work ethic
    • Experience with customer relationship management software
    • Ability to occasionally travel
