About the Position:
As a Technical Service Center Manager supporting Pureflow's Irving, TX location, you will have an exciting opportunity to direct the local operations and develop the territory. You will also have the responsibility of providing guidance to the local team and driving expansion in North and South Central Texas. After developing a strong understanding of our industry and processes, you will be key in helping us achieve big goals and position us as the industry leader in supplying turnkey high purity water solutions to meet our customers' needs.

Specific Responsibilities:
Plans, directs, and manages the services and activities of the Texas Technical Service Center.
Demonstrates a proactive approach to the demands and future demands of the Texas Technical Service Center.
Participates in the development of long-range plans for the Texas Technical Service Center, ensuring consistency with corporate goals.
Develops and implements goals, annual budget, community relations programs for local and regional facilities and optimizes effectiveness and efficiencies through continuous improvement of resources.
Identifies staff development needs and facilitates in-house training programs in alignment with the corporate training curriculum.
Oversees the development and maintenance of a large service contracts.
Works with customers, and community organizations and technical trade organizations to explain available services and identify needs.
Ensures the location service revenue appropriately supports the cost of goods sold and operating expenses and illustrates growth of the territory based on Service EBITDA (service revenue, cost of sales, and operating expenses).
Supervises, trains, and counsels staff; completes reviews for employee performance evaluations.
Analyzes workload to ensure efficient staff scheduling in conjunction with Human Resources; interviews and selects staff.
In conjunction with Human Resources, interprets Company's policies and procedures to staff.
Implements system policies and forwards recommendations for appropriate changes to administration.
Sees that the building is well kept and maintained.
Attends and conducts meetings as necessary.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of management experience with increasing responsibility
Knowledge of statistics and budget preparation;
Ability to contribute to the development of policy;
Ability to set goals and objectives;
Ability to prepare a variety of reports;
Ability to plan, direct and supervise the work of subordinate personnel;
Ability to speak and write effectively;
Measures and reports service customer satisfaction on a quarterly basis
Maintains consistent gross margin on service that meets Corporate constraints
Tracks and improves upon customer call backs (as defined by Corporate)
Meets or exceeds EBITDA thresholds based on service, lease/rental and parts revenue, corresponding cost of sales and operating expenses.
Ability to work effectively with subordinates, co-worker, customers, and prospective customers.
