        About This OpportunityResponsibilities:Required Skill:Digital PM roles/responsibilities
        • Project management and planning
          • Work with Cross-functional teams, Vendors and create an IT program plan
          • Maintain and drive the IT and data project plan
          • Maintain Dependencies between work streams, other 7-Eleven programs and manage them
          • Re-plan (if needed) as teams pivot strategy or when priorities change based on learnings (from tests)
          • Maintain/Update Visual detailed program plan, refresh command center on a regular basis
            • Communication
            • Weekly Program Status update highlighting Red/Yellow milestones, risks and issues
            • Communicate Key risks/issues, escalate as needed
            • Work with scrum masters/BAs and report on release plan progress
            • Weekly - Communicate Executive leadership level update on key accomplishments/events
            • Bi-weekly One-pager status on programSoftware/Hardware Vendor partner MgmtRisks/Issue Management - Build/Maintain Risk/issue logs,Action items :- Maintain action items log, follow-up on action itemsResource planning :- Work with product and Tech leaders, Maintain the resource planHelp product leaders with budget managementGovernance
              • Present bi-weekly program status to cross functional groups/leadership.Qualifications:Primary Technology Experience Required/Yrs of Experience:
                Bachelors/4 Year Degree (minimum) with 5+ years of experience
                Secondary Technology Experience Required/5+ Yrs of Experience:Need an experienced Project/Program Mgr with technical background, very good communication skills, budget management expertise. Experience in Data, Analytics, AI/ML, Database area is needed. Experience in managing Software Vendor partners is a Plus.
                Desired Competencies:
                • Bachelors/4 Year Degree minimum
                • Advanced skills in MS Powerpoint, Excel
                • Experience with Smartsheet is a plus.
                • Agile Scrum certification is a plus
                • Agile Coach experience is a plus
