• Design and develop the next generation of Managed Security Services (MSS)
• Understand customers and Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst requirements - translate and prioritize into future product features
• Design and build Federal version of Managed Detection and Response (MDR) solution - includes accounting for gaps where commercial software is not available for federal use.
• Support sales and solution architect teams when pricing approvals or custom implementations are needed
• Design visibility and monitoring solutions for the MDR platform in Federal Space
• Experience in using Multiple SIEM platforms such as Splunk, ArcSight, and Qradar.
• Experience in having provided broad technical support to varied IT infrastructure and platforms.
• Experience in an MSSP providing Security Monitoring services to customers.
• Having held the title of SIEM engineer would be a great way to identify a potential candidate.
