Job Details What you will do:The VRF & Ductless Technical Support is responsible for all aspects and daily analyst functions for the VRF and Ductless systems. This position supports the vital business, objectives and product metrics required to meet the company goals.This position will be directly involved with the following:Avaya call systemVRF & Ductless TroubleshootingKnowing and understanding all manualsUnderstanding wiring diagramsUnderstanding refrigerant flow chartsLogging customers info in salesforceLogging jobsite info in salesforceReading and analyzing service checker dataHelping customers commission job sites and controlsAnswering emailsHow you will do it:Provide prompt responses to calls coming into technical supportProvide professional responses to emails as they come inKeep track of new product documentation to support customersAssist reps, distributors, and contractors how to troubleshoot Log calls and incidents into the salesforce module to track information by customerUpon request, provide information such as manuals, wiring diagrams, clearances, piping recommendations based on piping rules, or any other information as published by JCHAssist with RTSM onsite request for site visitsFollow up with customers to ensure the job site is complete after recommendations have been givenHelp explain control-based questions and commissioning of those controls Experience / Qualifications:3 - 5 years field technical experienceData entryEPA Universal CertifiedCritical thinking and problem solvingExcellent communication skillsProficiency in managing multi-task projectsSAP KnowledgeOutstanding organizational skillsWhere legally permissible, if hired, candidate is required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 no later than his/her start date, unless candidate has a valid medical condition or sincerely held religious belief precluding he/she from receiving the vaccine.
