Job Description:

BS degree (Computer Science or EE preferred) or associated work experience.
7+ years programming inMainframe technologies
5+ years experience with Cobol, CICS
5+ years with SQL
2+ years management/leadership experience (direct people reports and/or lead analyst/programmer running tech side of a project/issue and having staff report into him/her while designing or working the project/issue)
3+ years performance tuning
Ability to effectively communicate (both orally and through written presentations and reports) with internal and external clients.
Strong internal or external negotiation skills and ability to facilitate cross-functional teams.
Intermediate knowledge of the infrastructure mainframe processing services area
