Staff Backend Software Engineer

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer for their team.
Key Responsibilities:

Set a high technical bar for the team through deep technical insights and architecture design review
Mentor engineers
Work across teams to solve technical challenges and improve engineering processes

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in software engineering
Experience building and scaling complex software products in a team environment
Backend cloud experience in managed languages such as Java, Scala, Go, C#, or similar
Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases
Experience designing and delivering high-availability, scalable cloud-based systems
