This position will be responsible for answering inbound calls from clients regarding billing issues, banking issues, processing payments, entering payment data, and updating client information. Ideal candidates will possess the following background and experience: Must HAVE 3-5 years inbound call center experience, proficiency in MS Office with a focus on Excel, basic math skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail, solid data entry skills.
