Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager for our Website Platforms with vision, creativity, management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to define and execute a comprehensive web strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver best-in-class website solutions that enhance the customer journey and drive business outcomes. Job Duties: Lead website development teams from concept through launch—creating actionable plans, managing workstreams, and ensuring timely execution of new initiatives. Execute the roadmap for the organization’s global website experience. Collaborate with Product Owners, UX, marketing, engineering, and external partners to determine feature priorities and implementation plans. Facilitate alignment between business and technical stakeholders through clear communication and structured decision-making. Proactively identify risks and remove blockers to maintain project momentum. Monitor performance metrics and continuously seek opportunities to improve visibility, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals. You Must Have: 8 years of experience in website development delivering enterprise level ecommerce sites Proven experience with large, enterprise customer-facing ecommerce websites or web applications. 3 years of leadership and team management experience, including working with cross-functional and distributed teams. Strong attention to detail, a passion for quality, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and the ability to work independently. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of accountability. We Value: Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps workflows. Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification. Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics) and A/B testing platforms.
