Job Description:
As a Systems Administrator/Engineer you will play a key role in
designing, building, and supporting enterprise-scale Windows-based
infrastructure across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
You’ll collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to modernize
infrastructure operations, drive automation, and enhance service
reliability. Your expertise will directly influence Epsilon’s
infrastructure strategy, security posture, and ability to deliver
resilient, scalable platforms to support business growth. What
You’ll Achieve • Gain exposure to diverse global infrastructure
environments and next-gen DevOps practices. • Develop and
strengthen hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows Server, Azure,
AWS, and automation frameworks. • Contribute to infrastructure
strategy and service reliability, with measurable impact on uptime
and user experience. • Build your skills in scripting, CI/CD
pipelines, and monitoring platforms, positioning yourself for
long-term growth in site reliability and DevOps engineering. Who
You Are • What you’ll bring with you: o 3 years of experience in
systems administration or DevOps within Windows Server 2019
environments. o Proficiency in scripting/programming (PowerShell,
Bash, Python). o Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code
(Ansible, Terraform). o Strong background with Active Directory,
DNS, WSUS, GPOs, and server patching methodologies. o Exposure to
Workspace/AppStream deployment and administration. o Experience
working in continuous integration/deployment environments. o
Proficiency with Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, or other version control
tools. o Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools such as Splunk,
Elastic, Grafana, or Prometheus. o Solid understanding of
infrastructure fundamentals (Backup, Storage, Networking). o
Analytical problem solver with a dedicated, problem-solving
approach and eagerness to learn. • Why You Might Stand Out from
other Talent: o Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering,
or related field. o Industry certifications: Microsoft Certified,
AWS/Azure, Site Reliability/DevOps Engineer. o Experience with
hybrid cloud environments and advanced infrastructure-as-code
practices. o Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for
containerization and orchestration. Base Salary: $62,250 - $103,750
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but
not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications,
location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is
