Job Description:

ABM, a leading provider of comprehensive facility solutions, is currently seeking an experienced Aircraft Cabin Lead Cleaner PM at DFW Airport. This role is critical for ensuring that our aviation clients receive top-notch cabin cleaning services that comply with industry standards and safety regulations. The Lead Cleaner will oversee a team of cabin cleaners, manage supplies and equipment, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service during the PM shift. Supervise PM shift cabin cleaning operations and manage a team of cleaners to ensure efficiency and compliance with all safety and operational standards. Conduct inspections of aircraft interiors to guarantee that cleaning meets both client expectations and safety regulations. Train and support team members in cleaning protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals and machinery. Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring no shortages that could impact operations. Compile regular reports on team performance, inventory levels, and other operational metrics for management review. Address and resolve any issues related to staff or cleaning operations promptly. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency in using typical cleaning machines and understanding safety standards Capability to work efficiently under pressure Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) preferred
