Do you want to use your law degree to help ambitious business owners build a better future for their families while having a great work-life balance? We are expanding our operations in Dallas by looking for the right attorney for our team.

If you went to law school to make a positive difference in your clients' lives, you could be a great fit for our team. We help small to mid-sized business owners make smart business decisions with their problems and opportunities. You don't have to have extensive business law experience to join our team, but you must have court room experience because sometimes representing one of our clients means heading to the courthouse to teach someone some manners.

Just so we don't waste each other's time, if you are a "problem bringer/admirer" rather than a "solution creator," or if you only want to do transactional work because you are afraid of the court room, please do not apply. We are not collecting lawyers with a bar card and a pulse. We are building a tribe of attorneys with the right skills to help our clients, coupled with an attitude that matches our culture. We insist our team members have a sense of humor, be flexible and bring joy to their work and the team. If you cannot bring a cheerful attitude with you, don't bother applying.

We do not believe you have to be stuffy and formal to provide great legal help. We believe in working hard as a team, so that when the workday is over, our team can leave their work at the office and be present with their families.

We have offices in three different states, but we leverage technology to maintain close relationships within our firm.--We connect every morning by Zoom for a huddle to start the day. We have a weekly case review program and a bi-weekly "happy half hour" to keep the attorneys working collaboratively. Twice a year, we host two-day retreats where the whole team takes a few days to learn, relax and have fun. We encourage the team to bring their spouses or significant others because we are a family company.

We build long term relationships with our clients, including serving as their outside general counsel. Our attorneys have a ton of client contact and responsibility for running with their cases. We believe in our clients' dreams and fight to help them become a reality.

Qualifications:
--- Licensed to practice law in Texas
--- 3+ years experience practicing law in Texas
--- Litigation experience
--- Business Law experience
