• Reviews and evaluates Individual Dealer Assessments (IDAs) for financial risk and weakness
• Coordinates discussion, provides oversight, guidance and credible challenge for assigned case management activities
• Identifies issues, conducts root cause analysis and poses solutions and recommendations for operational risk matters
• Performs post-mortem on dealer terminations
• Builds strong partnerships and collaborates effectively with the business
• Evaluates the adequacy and effectiveness of various procedures, processes, initiatives and controls. --
• Develops new policies and procedures for Dealer Oversight Team Case Management and influences changes to processes in associated business practices
• Coordinates production of periodic operational risk performance reports for senior management, including trend analysis and recommendationsThis position may be located in any of the following preferred locations: Irving, TX; Minneapolis, MN; or Raleigh, NCPreferred locations listed on job posting. -- Other locations within the Wells Fargo footprint may be considered.   Required Qualifications
  
  • 6+ years of experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk), or a combination of both; or 6+ years of IT systems security, business process management or financial services industry experience, of which 3+ years must include direct experience in compliance, operational risk management, or a combination of both

    • Ability to identify risk exposures and propose solutions
    • Auto finance experience

      • Credit and/or credit risk management experience
