The Director – IT Business Systems is responsible formanaging
all phases of the systems lifecycle of an application project. The
Director– IT Business Systems is responsible for directing the work
flow of other softwareengineers, configuration systems analysts amd
QA Testers / Trainers within theorganization and is responsible for
making sure that projects are completed inan accurate and timely
Other requirements include experience with many databases and
database conceptsincluding Sequel (SQL). Web development / design
experience and solving complexbusiness requirements is a required
skill for this role. Human ResourceManagement Systems (HRMS),
Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise resourceplanning
(ERP), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Mobile Client
Application(ClientAPP). Vendor Management, People Management and
Project Management / Executionexperience is also required.
Core Duties: Ableto lead and manage teams and/or specialists on
Ableto coordinate and execute application testing for complex
Leadershipskills (in a technical and interpersonal capacity) to
work with all phases ofthe application lifecycle from analysis,
coding, to testing and implementation.Completes product technical
design and prototyping, software development, bugverification and
Developsand analyzes software products.
Leadsthe implementation of new programs.
Providestechnical direction in the area of specialty on major
Performsand supervises configuration and/or code fixes for
documented defects, work aspart of a collaborative team maintaining
and enhancing multiple webapplications.
Promotescontinuous improvement and takes complete technical
ownership of fixes andchange requests.
Interfaceswith business and/or system analysts to capture full
requirements for changerequests and defect resolution.
Providestimely testing harnesses and documentation to support
and facilitate therelease of a high-quality product. Creates
required technical documentation.
Continuouslylearns and applies best practices for application
superiority and increasedapplication performance while able to
write and maintain elegant, maintainablesource code.
Performssystem analysis and programming activities.
Providestechnical/engineering support for new and existing
applications from codedelivery until the retirement of the
Providesreasonable task and project cost/effort estimates.
Ensurestimely, effective, and quality delivery of software into
Developsand tests applications based on business requirements
and industry bestpractices.
Adheresto documented departmental and corporate standards. May
participate in thedefinition and documentation of standards.
Assistsin training and mentoring less experienced peers.
Assistsas needed to perform other related duties and special
projects as required.

Requirements: Bachelor’sdegree or related work experience in
related field required.
5 to 8 years’ experience in application management or similar
coding experienceas required for specific job function.
Previousmanagement experience required (5 years).
Willingnessto work overtime is required.
Mustpossess ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of

Weekend/evening/holidaywork may be required depending on

Advancedknowledge and working experience in IT technologies
