(On Site - Irving TX areaSchedule: Day Shift 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Monday through Friday Job Description* 5 Experience with Athena and
Epic billing billing software preferred Minimum two years physician
billing , insurance follow up, (appeals and submissions) or
healthcare business office experience. * Read and interpret EOB's
Determine root cause of deniability and ability to submit for
reimbursement, understanding of diversified insurance plans.*
Understanding of managed care contracts denials and payor
methodology* Proficient in basic medical terminology * Responsible
for analyzing and resolving billing errors/edits, denial s and
initiating appeal disputes Credentials and Requirements for
Submission: * Certification : Fraud, Waste and Abuse Training *
Personal Health : Drug Screen, Flu Shot* Professional : Criminal
Background Check Results, Education Verification.* Previous
Employment Verification:* Professional Reference #1:* Professional
