Suncoast Post Tension, Ltd., a Keller company, is an established post-tension and rebar manufacturing company that has been in business for over 30 years. We supply construction related materials to builders from one of our eight facilities in the US. We are looking for a Production Assistant to join our team in our office located in Dallas, TX.Essential Responsibilities* Run extruder & cutline reports. * Conduct work in progress and material usage calculation. * Process all new hires, employees, and temporary staff by providing timecards, monitoring time, new hire paperwork, network access, etc.* Check ADP- hours for all warehouse and yard employees.* Track all production employees' hours for bonuses.* Receive all purchase orders.* Scan in paperwork & material mill certifications. * Receive material transfers from other branches. * Track usage and place orders for all operation employee's personal protective equipment * Print, confirm and scan all high-rise orders.* Run safety & incident reports.* Send temporary staff hours to staffing agencies. * Drives a Safety Culture.* Additional tasks and projects as needed.Education:High school or equivalentExperience* At least 3 years' relevant hands-on experience.* Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, Basic Internet Knowledge, ADP, and Oracle.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:* Ability to meet fast paced and dynamic schedules and deadlines* Must be well organized, self-motivated, reliable, detail oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal & customer relations skills.Suncoast Post-Tension Ltd. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
