Financial Additions--has a great opportunity for an experienced AP/AR Supervisor to join the accounting team at a dynamic and growing company in Irving, Texas.--Great salary, benefits, and bonus potential!Responsibilities--include:* Daily administration of cash management processes (both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable) from start through month-end* Develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures, policies, and metrics including AP and AR functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines* Responsible for completion/compliance for all cash transactions on a daily basis, including processing, verifying, and reconciling all AR and AP transactions against internal accounting and bank records* Manage monthly close of financial records and posting of month-end information* Select, hire, train and evaluate AP/AR employees* Prepare and recommend operating and personnel budgets; monitor spending and communicate variances, as necessaryRequirements:* Great Plains and AS400 experience, plus strong computer skills* 5-7 years in accounting position* 3-5 years in supervisory position* Analytical thinker and problem solver* Effective communicator both written and verbal (will be giving presentations)* Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, (or equivalent combination of education and experience
