Senior Associate, Contract Labor

In this role, you will support new implementations by developing
and leading member, agency, and staff onboarding activities
leveraging contract labor management (CLM) technologies and process
improvement work. You will assist in the creation or improvement of
processes, resources, and technology for the contract labor
management (CLM) program.
Ensure contract labor needs for the member are met through the
coordination and execution of procurement, compliance, and
technology support activities.
Anticipate and recognize bottlenecks in work processes between
teams and makes suggestions for ongoing improvement.
Coordinate with team to define the measures of success for
Mentor team members on processes, technology, and member account
Develop and ensure CLM process training completion for members
Enforce standard contract adherence where applicable.
Act as a liaison between the member and internal team,
communicating to executive member teams regarding escalations,
project timelines, and facility specific requirements.
Assist in the development of content to be distributed in mass
to member, agencies, and internal groups.
Collaborate with member and internal stakeholders in the
delivery of standard reports.
Develop and share expert knowledge of customer's organization
structure (e.g., geographies, business units), operations and
business processes, and how they support the customer's strategic
objectives, to identify customer needs.
Maintain thorough knowledge of customer's industry, including
key market and economic factors impacting business performance, as
well as competitive landscape, in order to assist in creating
effective customer solutions.
Demonstrate advanced understanding of products, technologies,
offerings, etc. and coach other colleagues in building their
- Remain cognizant of industry changes, challenges, and findings;
integrate industry issues for customer benefit.
Relevant degree preferred.
5 or more years of relevant experience required.
Implementation experience preferred.
Strong project management, organizational, interpersonal and
communication skills needed.
Demonstrated ability to effect and manage change.
- Ability to work in a team environment that requires quick
turnaround and quality output.
Estimated Hiring Range:
$66,500.00 - $96,500.00
