Job Description:

Prepare payrolls accurately and timely while following internal control processes in compliance with PrimeSource requirements and federal, state and local statutory requirements. Handle employee inquiries with excellent customer service.

  • Maintain Time & Attendance for PrimeSource
  • Review Hourly & Salaried Non-exempt hours each payroll period to ensure accuracy in time Manage any adjustments & clock problems that arise in the distribution centers.
  • Collects, verifies, and stores organizational payroll
  • Uses payroll software, inputs payroll data, and prepares payroll
  • Inputs changes, which may include, changes to employees profile or employee statuses, or bank
  • Reconciles payroll-batches and prepares reports or statements summarizing payroll-related
  • May interface with third-party payroll
  • Performs work under general
  • Prepares and distribute payroll related reports.
  • Uses existing procedures to perform standard payroll processes.
  • Receives instruction, guidance and direction from Payroll Manager
  • Knowledge on garnishment processes.

  • Typically requires a high school diploma and 4 to 6 years of experience.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with short deadlines at one time and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to manage extreme detail and produce error-free work under pressure
  • Ability to identify problems and research potential solutions
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and sensitive information in
  • High degree of professionalism and reliability.
