Moxie Pest Control in DFW is looking for an adaptable,
coachable, fast learner who can give our internal and external
customers fantastic service! Our Office Experts (you) handle 75-100
inbound calls with a smile and complete outbound calls with grace.
We are growing fast and would like for YOU the be the leading voice
Scheduling and setting appointments for customers in six
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues
Inbound and outbound calls
- Ensure Customer Service levels are met or exceeded
Skills, Traits, and Attributes:
Attention to detail and multi-task in a high paced
Clear and concise communication
Heart and a Smiling voice
- Ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, and follow-up
on all activities
Besides working in a fast paced, exciting environment, we offer

Before considering Moxie as your career:
Benefits (health, vision, & dental) available after 90
Different shifts available for Monday-Saturday between 8 am to 7
Example of a normal shift: 8:30-5:00pm Monday & Tuesday,
Wednesday-off, Thursday & Friday with 8-4:30 on Saturday.
Call center experience is a big plus, but not required. Duel
language is a big plus, but not required.
