Product Manager, Growth

Gartner Peer Insights is a business unit within Gartner. Our mission is to transform the way Enterprise Software and Services are bought and sold by creating the industry standard for reviews and ratings. The Gartner Peer Insights platform was created in 2015 and now holds over 300k enterprise ratings and reviews.

The Gartner Peer Insights team is seeking a highly talented and motivated Product Manager of Growth who can leverage both quantitative and qualitative insight to drive ratings and reviews on the Gartner Peer Insights platform. As a Product Manager of Growth, you'll own the ideation, definition and execution of new features and the optimization of existing capabilities. This Product Manager of Growth will also lead the strategy and execution of our marketing technology stack (Primarily Email - Eloqua) through all phases of lifecycle marketing.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Understand Peer Insights' strategic and competitive position with review sourcing, and further develop a review-growth program that is recognized as the industry leader.
  • Apply hypothesis-driven development processes to drive product-review growth through A/B experimentation, iteration, and learning.
  • Collaborate closely with a team of product managers, designers, engineers, marketers, and research analysts to meet our review growth Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
  • Define product requirements, build and own a product backlog, and plan the product's roadmap based on the intersection between OKRs and customer/business needs.
  • Integrate input from multiple channels - including analytics, customer interviews, competitive research and stakeholder requirements - into product priorities and requirements
  • Lead the Scrum team through a rigorous process of test and learn with a focus on identifying and developing users stories that lead to a minimum viable product (MVP)
  • Manage projects through the development process from concept through to launch - ensure continued impact and track progress of quantitative and qualitative metrics post-release against KPI targets.
  • Present results effectively to stakeholders, and incorporate feedback into future product exploration.

  • Explore new ways to acquire and engage Gartner Peer Insights review contributors through all digital opportunities - Owned, Earned, and Paid media.
  • Own the strategy and execution of the Gartner Peer Insights' customer lifecycle marketing. The primary platform for marketing to Gartner Peer Insights visitors is through Oracle's, Eloqua marketing platform. This responsibility will include:
  • Segmentation strategy
  • Email content creation (A/B Testing)
  • Welcome/Winback program maintenance
  • Program reporting


  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, math, statistics or a related field required
  • Intellectually curious and has a passion to understand the "why."
  • 1-3 years working as a Product Manager (or similar role) with previous experience working in an agile development lifecycle or other fast-paced software development environments.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative business analytics, including ability to turn quantitative analysis into actionable recommendations with measurable business impact
  • Outstanding project management skills (projects involving internal and external stakeholders) with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and the proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with executives.
  • Ability to work in a culture that thrives on feedback and seeks opportunities to stretch outside your comfort zone.
