Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Director of Recruiting, the Senior Recruiter is responsible for full life cycle recruiting efforts and will partner with internal and external stakeholders in a fast growth environment. The individual in the role will partner with hiring leaders to support strategic and operational hiring efforts across all levels of the organization. The role requires a high degree of self-motivation, integrity, tenacity, and an ability and desire to be a proud ambassador of Epsilon. Duties and responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership, Human Resources, and hiring managers to facilitate a strategic, effective and efficient recruiting process
  • Manage the entire recruiting life cycle from planning & sourcing to candidate assessment and offers Provide an excellent recruiting experience for both candidates and the hiring teams through frequent communication and close partnership
  • Leverage a variety of sources including referrals, ATS, job boards, social media and like to attract qualified candidates
  • Recruit effectively to continually improve on KPIs/metrics & industry benchmarks
  • Function as in-house consultant and the subject matter expert in recruitment & staffing
  • Effectively support multiple client needs & manage against tight hiring deadlines for business-critical roles

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience within a corporate or agency environment
  • Experience with full lifecycle recruiting in a high-volume Technology or Marketing environment is highly desired
  • Excellent time management, prioritization and judgment skills with a positive attitude, high energy and focused attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing passive candidates
  • Strong knowledge of the area's networking groups and professional communities
  • Ability to work independently
