Working within Epsilon’s PeopleCloud Customer platform, the
Senior Marketing Business Analyst will contribute to, produce, and
manage client deliverables relative to our multi-channel marketing
engagements, serving as a liaison between client and internal
technical delivery teams. The Senior Marketing BA will work closely
with account team leads to ensure accurate and timely delivery of
medium to high complexity account deliverables, with a focus on
defining new campaigns/reports/ analysis and executing existing
client campaigns and reports.
What you’ll do as a CRM Senior Marketing Business
- Create campaign business requirement documents (BRDs) based on
the client discovery/ intake
- Follow SDLC lifecycle to build multi-channel marketing
campaigns - creating functional specs (FSDs), build complex
campaign flowcharts/ workflows, unit/ end to end testing and
deployment of the campaigns
- Build waterfall and ad-hoc reports based on business
- Proactively work to improve delivery quality, repeatability and
on-time delivery of campaigns and update the status to respective
- Able to have effective client meetings, understand
deliverables, and drive successful outcomes
- Help in developing and implementing best practices, standards,
methodologies, etc. around campaign processes & automation
What skills you will use:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Good understanding of CRM solution, marketing concepts and
various marketing channels like direct mail, email, mobile,
- Experience in the execution of high complexity multi-channel
marketing programs across multiple domains like healthcare, retail,
banking financial services etc.
- Hands-on working experience on HCL UNICA Campaign or Adobe
Campaign marketing automation tools
- Good at understanding, analyzing, and interpreting campaign
- Experience translating business campaign strategy into business
requirement document/ functional specifications, create and execute
- Good understanding of data warehouse and data mart
- Expert SQL skills required, must be able to write queries for
- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task, prioritize and able to
quickly change priorities
- Demonstrates organizational and interpersonal skills
- Good time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
