Come bring your expertise in social/digital marketing and employment brand management to Flowserve! We are looking for a leader in social and digital marketing to define and drive recruitment marketing strategies, partnerships and deliverables across all social, digital and employment branding channels in the 62 countries where we work and live.
 
In this role you will be responsible for the development of data-based, strategic and tactical plans to drive recruitment marketing activities that promote the Flowserve employment brand around the world. You will influence the development of applicant pipelines across all Flowserve web properties resulting in the conversion of applicants to candidates. You will utilize new and emerging technologies to develop, implement, measure and refine recruitment marketing campaigns across numerous platforms, both digital and print.

Requirements

 
  • 8 years of experience in employment brand management, advertising, PR, HR and/or talent acquisition
  • 1+ years of experience in project/program management in the human capital space
  • Strong business savvy and ROI acumen
  • Superior analytical proficiencies
  • Familiarity with KPIs for effective employment branding and business partner management
  • Demonstrated accomplishments in creation and execution of digital media campaigns, including focused targeting, messaging and ongoing engagement management
  • Strong consultative experience working, interacting, managing, and c with internal and external business partners
  • Collaborative leader with an excellent ability to build consensus and drive momentum forward in a highly matrixed environment
  • Undergraduate Degree in Business, Human Resources, Advertising, Public Relations or Marketing or 5 Years of related experience in global recruitment marketing
  • Extensive use of tracking and reporting technologies/dashboards and MS Office Products.
