The Sr. Compensation Analyst will provide ongoing support for administration of Compensation policies and processes.  The ideal candidate will be able to work independently within a collaborative team environment, provide customer-focused solutions, have proven analytical and communication skills and be able to adapt to a frequently changing environment.


  • Support compensation initiatives to administer global compensation programs; respond to compensation-related inquiries in a timely manner, identify potential process improvements and escalate priority issues, when applicable.
  • Lead the Annual Review process including: developing the timeline and project plan; creating requirements for system changes to reflect new compensation strategy/policies; participating in system setup and testing; developing and delivering communications to employees, people leaders and HRBPs; developing and delivering training for HRBPs and Managers; responding to in-cycle inquiries and creating and reviewing end-of-cycle reporting.
  • Support formal and informal recognition programs through process review, education, communication, responding to inquiries and escalations and maintaining relationships with our third-party recognition provider
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc compensation analysis and recommendations as requested; this may include analysis for new hires, promotions, market adjustments, response to market trends, etc.
  • Participate in the compensation benchmarking process; collect and submit data to third party compensation surveys; evaluate and perform analysis on market positioning, salary structures, and pay mixes to ensure market competitiveness to support overall compensation strategy
  • Conduct job evaluation and market pricing for new and existing jobs, with a focus on consulting with requestors to determine appropriate existing jobs that can be used and identifying when new jobs are needed.
  • Keep up to date on compensation trends, laws and regulations; share knowledge with Compensation team members and make recommendations on any needed changes to existing policies or procedures.
  • Participate in compensation initiatives and projects as assigned.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR or other related field.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering at multiple organizational levels and across geographies
  • Ability to work both independently and in team settings.
  • Strong analytical and excel skills are required to analyze data and create models, reports and dashboards
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain and present technical topics to all levels of employees
  • Ability to prioritize work and ensure deadlines are adhered to; high attention to detail
