As the Supervisor, Talent Acquisition, you will lead recruiting efforts and daily operations for the XPO Less-Than-Truckload talent acquisition team to include assigning and balancing work, team member development, coaching, and filling critical roles. You will lead the recruitment processes and procedures to ensure company compliance with appropriate regulations and a great candidate hiring experience. What you------ll do on a typical day:

  • Provide daily direction to a team of recruiters, providing support, resources, and tools for success in filling high volume, skilled and technical roles
  • Deliver and drive best practices, efficiencies in recruiting, and measurable results of success using data and metrics
  • Monitor and analyze team performance and provide statistical and performance feedback, coaching, corrective action and recognition to each team member
  • Promote positive employee engagement through regular, personal contact with employees resulting in a vibrant employee relations atmosphere
  • Selecting and onboarding of new team members
  • Manage recruitment processes and procedures to ensure Company compliance related to Affirmative Action, Equal Employment Opportunity, Department of Transportation and any related regulatory efforts
  • Support full life cycle recruiting for critical roles, coverage for recruiters, and become a subject mater expert with the ATS
  • Work with key stockholders and operations leaders to support alignment, priorities, and reporting of TA results
  • Champion all change management efforts, educate and influence, and bring forward opportunities for continues improvement What you need to succeed at XPO: At a minimum, you------ll need:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business or military experience
    • 3 years of talent acquisition or recruiter experience
    • Lead role or supervisory experience in a high volume of frontline, hourly recruiting
    • Experience with HRIS or ATS systems
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate information in a clear and understandable manner
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
    • Willing to travel up to 25% It------d be great if you also have:
      • 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in Recruiting or Human Resources
      • Experience working in transportation/logistics, food and beverage, or similar industries Be part of something big.
