A DAY IN THE LIFE In this role, you will * Engage with a variety of client resources to maximize ServiceLink revenue opportunity. * Work with vendor managers and their teams and/or customer's regional sales leadership and individual loan officers as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. * Contribute directly to sales that accomplish ServiceLink's market share growth objectives. * Collaborate effectively with Sales Executives and other supporting departments to support revenue growth WHO YOU ARE You possess * Engaging verbal and written communication skills. * Exceptional time management and organizational skills. * Sales and Relationship acumen that inspires trust and confidence. * A tenacity for growth and results that is unrivaled. * A passion to serve customers and drive company reputation for service excellence. * Experience in sales support, business operations, sales and/or marketing functions. * Experience in Financial Services -mortgages emphasized. * Knowledge and expertise with Microsoft Office suite of tools Responsibilities * Key escalation Point of Contact and sounding board for our Clients * Tactical relationship and transaction support -a voice of SeviceLink operational excellence for specific clients * Subject matter expert for products and services. * Prepare and present executive-level reports and decks identifying the overall relationship performance * (successes, challenges and opportunities that enable relationship growth * Establishment, ownership and nurturing of relationships with client operational and management persons * Meeting preparation and presentation material development in support of meetings held by the National Sales Executive * Optimize sales executive coverage to achieve maximum market share growth by partnering with National Sales Executive to attend meetings in their place as a surrogate if needed * Identify sales challenges and propose tactics to overcome such challenges * Directly engage with customer's retail loan officers, branch managers, processors and/or brokers to ensure * that ServiceLink as a provider remains top of mind * Contribute to sales accomplishment of ServiceLink's market share growth goals * Collaborate effectively with Sales Executives and other support departments (e.g. Marketing, Finance, operations, IT) to support revenue growth * Solicit and incorporate feedback from National Sales Executive for improved sales support. * Effectively communicate challenges and potential solutions as they occur * Research and resolve any escalations/inquiries brought by management (internal and client) * Cultivate and maintain a strong and productive working relationship with the client * Assist with implementation of existing and new clients * Publish monthly reporting to assigned clients that shows ServiceLink Default Title & Closing performance * All other duties as assigned Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience * 2-5 Years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service or related disciplines. * Ability to collaborate with others and act in an objective manner in order to effectively solve problems and stay on track towards accomplishing organizational goals * A passion to serve customers and drive company reputation for service excellence * A tenacity for growth and results that is unrivaled * Strong interpersonal networking skills to build relationships with individuals with diverse personalities * Experience in sales support, business operations, sales and/or marketing functions * Engaging verbal and written communication skills. * Exceptional time management and organizational skills. * Sales and Relationship acumen that inspires trust and confidence. * Experience in Financial Services -mortgages emphasized. * Knowledge and expertise with Microsoft Office suite of tools Responsibilities Key escalation Point of Contact and sounding board for our Clients Tactical relationship and transaction support -a voice of SeviceLink operational excellence for specific clients Subject matter expert for products and services.
