Job Summary
The Account Orders Client Support Specialist processes account orders using EFG's proprietary Account Management System (AMS) and verifies accuracy of account orders in the AS/400 mainframe computer; reviews Web Services XML code to validate accuracy; builds product rate cards using internal tools as well as in Microsoft XL; supports new account and product launches, including interacting directly with EFG personnel, dealership and agency representatives, and third-party provider representatives; audits account, product, and other setups to ensure accuracy; researches and resolves issues; and participates as-needed on various Account Orders team projects.
Job Duties
Process account orders using EFG's proprietary Account Management System (AMS).
Verify account order accuracy in the AS/400 mainframe computer.
Validate accuracy of information in Web Services XML code in the test and production environments.
Build product rate cards using internal tools as well as in Microsoft XL.
Monitor and guide day-of-launch activities (may require early a.m. attendance).
Perform pre- and post-production audits and report findings to Account Orders Supervisor.
Assist third party-providers with rating or form returns questions.
Complete Account Order & Audit Checklist updates.
Assist in maintaining current process documentation and creating new process documentation.
Provide ongoing status reporting around new account launches, product implementations, product conversions, account modifications, new application users, and key application performance metrics.
Provide field support regarding new proposals and accounts as well as assistance with existing accounts.
Job Qualifications
Associates degree and three years' minimum professional experience.
Automotive industry experience and an understanding of dealership culture are a plus.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat is preferred, as well as experience with the delivery of technical software training and customer-facing onboarding/training such as Adobe Captivate or similar tools.
Must have excellent presentation and facilitation skills, possess a high attention to detail, and adherence to established processes.
Must be team-oriented, able to participate in multi-departmental projects, and lead project efforts.
Ability to learn new concepts and applications quickly and effectively.
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, respond to shifting priorities, and perform at the speed of business in both remote and office environments.
