As we move forward the big opportunity is to create common solutions and services that are measurable and that the entire Wells Fargo enterprise can take advantage of to simplify, modernize and transformThe Cornerstone Application Production Support (CAPS) team provides Level 2 production support for Cornerstone, which is an enterprise customer due diligence, AML, and KYC globally satisfying multiple regulatory jurisdictions. --This team provides key IT Service Management services including Production Support, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Release & Deployment Management.Level 2 support comprised of application support personnel responsible to ensure full availability during business hours or as agreed by the stakeholders. --This includes responding to customer requests to ensure all customer requests are satisfied in a timely fashion and if necessary, utilize work around technical solutions.-- Support is provided by follow the sun model and is escalation point for engagement by technology, business, and operations for all application issues.This is a Technical Manager role overseeing a team of Engineers that support complex Know your Customer and Customer Due Dilligence platforms Cornerstone, COPS and CRMS. ----The role will over see the resources, technical issues & initiatives related to the large and complex--application.-- The candidate must be able to actively participate in the--development of technical support strategies & plans; uses/creates diagnostic, simulation and other tools to maintain, troubleshoot & restore service; may act as an--internal consultant regarding use of critical application tools and processes. Evaluates service level agreement criteria; identifies gaps in current technology processes and--recommends changes to assure SLAs can be supported. Oversee complex migrations from development to production, ipgrades, installations and/or configurations.-- Understands compliance and risk management requirements for supported system area and provide implementation support for key risk initiatives.--As an Employee Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically, you will:--

  • Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your employees feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them.
  • Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented employees, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing employees, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks. --Required Qualifications
    • 3+ years of systems support analysis experience
    • 1+ year of consulting experience, solutions analysis experience or a combination of both in a technology environment
    • 1+ year of leadership experience in a technology environmentDesired Qualifications
      • Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
      • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      • Knowledge and understanding of Anti Money Laundering (AML) financial compliance investigations
      • Knowledge and understanding of Autosys
      • Solid problem solving skills
      • Strong analytical skills including the ability to research and resolve confirmation discrepancies
      • Experience developing, supporting or integrating messaging technology such as Solace, Tibco or MQ
      • A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology
      • 1+ year of financial services industry experience
      • Experience designing and implementing multiple transport solutions supporting large scale metropolitan area (MAN) and wide area (WAN) networksOther Desired Qualifications
        • Knowledge or Experience supporting IBM BPM, Webshpere Lombardi Edition, or Integration Designer (IID). ----
        • Ability to lead application workarounds, break-fixes, recovery and remediation
        • Knowledge or Experience supporting ETL, and middleware messaging flows using Solace or MQ.
        • Knowledge or Experience with application monitoring tools ITRS, AppDynamics and SplunkJob Expectations
          • Ability to work on call as assigned
          • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays
