*** MUST BE LOCAL TO DALLAS/IRVING, TX***Pay Rate: $17 / Hr.Job Description:This role is responsible for handling inbound calls from customers about their rewards points. This is a third party company that is utilized by other customers to increase the loyalty of their customers. Clients partner with this client to have their redemption or rewards customers call in to get their prize or their points updates. The intention of the call center is to increase the overall experience for customers, build rapport over the phone, and provide information about how many points they have, what they qualify for, etc.You will be begin servicing a main Client, but as demand is needed by other clients, you will potentially be servicing multiple clients.The goal of the call center is to create a great experience and build loyalty with their customers.
