Job Summary

As a member of CoreLogic's leading Real Estate Marketing team, HomeVisit, you will identify leads and reach business targets through phone, chat, and email to develop relationships with prospects and existing clients within a defined territory. You will promote the company's real estate marketing technologies to critical, large, complex, high visibility, strategic, and tactically important accounts. The primary measures for success are pipeline progression, creation to close won and revenue billings.
Ownership of the full sales cycle to drive the sale of solutions /services to new and/or current clients in an assigned area to achieve assigned revenue objectives
Compile lists of prospective customers of critical, large, and complex accounts for use as sales leads, based on information from appropriate sources, such as ad inquiries, trade shows and direct mail responses
Complete prospecting activities through telephone, e-mail, and social networking to qualify leads and sell products and services
Conduct product demonstrations set by the Business Development team and self, emphasizes salable features, quotes prices and terms, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained
Makes recommendations to management and Marketing regarding customer needs and concerns
Maintain customer and sales data for customers and prospects within computer CRM
Works with Business Development and Broker Sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date
Strategizes with team members on ways to improve sales figures and identify the benefits of products and services for the customer
Identifies potential customer problems and makes recommendations to prevent problems meeting commitments and deliverables
Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Creates formal networks that may involve coordination among groups
Will meet or exceed assigned personal closed/won quotas
Will maintain a pipeline of potential clients that is at least 2.5X monthly production quota
Under the supervision of the Sr. Leader and Sales Manage, provides training, mentoring, and coaching to junior team members.
On occasion will lead various projects to improve Sales processes

Job Qualifications

College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
2+ years of related experience
Ability to become a SME of the company's products and services
Strong MS Office skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced prospecting skills
Advanced negotiation skills
Excellent relationship-building skills
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to prioritize, and manage time effective
