Job Description Hi We---re Moxie. We---re a pest control company
and servicing our customers to the best of our ability is the top

amazing Customer Support Representatives like YOU. --- Who You Are
Someone passionate about talking to customers and resolving their
issues quickly and efficiently A self-starter who is able to roll
up their sleeves and learn new skill sets to get the job done A
team player who wants to partner with their colleagues to help put
the customer experience first --- What You---ll Do--- On a Daily
basis: Be logged into the telephony system Handle up to 50 total
calls daily Respond to SMS, email and Voicemails from customers
Assist customers with scheduling their standard maintenance Assist
customers with customer service complaints and concerns Communicate
company initiatives to customers (marketing, sales, etc.) Direct
customers to appropriate departments (where applicable) Participate
in cross training within other departments to strengthen skill set
Assist management with non recurring tasks as needed Customer data
entry QUALIFICATIONS Education: Must possess a high school diploma,
or equivalent Experience: Customer service experience preferred
(call center, hospitality, service industry, automotive industry
etc.) Skills & Abilities: Ability to identify, assess, and resolve
customer concerns in a timely fashion. Can develop and maintain
effective working relationships with coworkers and management.
Ability to learn and operate within multiple software systems.
Effectively communicate with coworkers, customers and
management
