Job DescriptionJoin BSI Financial Services as an MSR Capital Markets Associate. We are looking for an experienced mortgage professional with a great understanding of developing and maintaining the analytics utilized in the valuation of mortgage servicing rights and related transactions. The candidate will also be responsible for providing support and periodic reports to key business partners leveraging existing tools and methodologies. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:

• Holiday Pay WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Work on MSR acquisitions, pricing of co-issue, bulk, and mini-bulk deals
  • Allocate co-issue purchases across investors and maintain pricing grids
  • Help set up GNMA PIIT program and support Freddie CIX platform
  • Produce and reconcile periodic funding schedules, holdback amounts, and settlements
  • Prepare and review monthly investor schedules and other reports
  • Support analytic platform to support the growth of the investment portfolio
  • Support daily reporting and performance monitoring of the MSR portfolio
  • Assist with S&D sales, EBO re-pooling, and setting up GNMA MBS issuance platform
  • Work with the Finance team to support the advance and other financing activities
  • Collaborate with other functional areas as needed to board loans and resolve selling party issues
  • Work with data team to manage large data tapes from various sources and reconcile data
  • Responsible for meeting legal requirements and following internal policies. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, or equivalent
    • At least 2 years of prior work experience
    • Proficient with third-party software used to value MSRs like MIAC, Compass, etc.Interest in financial markets
    • Minimum GPA: 3.0
    • Extensive knowledge of mortgage loans, loan-level data, and mortgage terminology
    • Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and ability to review self-created work
    • Strong analytical skills and mathematical fluency
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Comfortable performing research and analysis
