About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Affluent Client Experience Consultant (Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant) to join our Affluent Client Solutions team to implement and execute business initiatives that grow and deepen our Affluent business by creating and executing exceptional and differentiated Wells Fargo Premier client experiences. This role will work closely with enterprise partners in the creation and execution of (i.) Affluent client retention and engagement strategies, (ii.) client educational and thought leadership seminars highlighting Wells Fargo capabilities, (iii.) client virtual and in person events as part of the Affluent value proposition. In this role, you will:

* Create and execute a comprehensive plan and work with Affluent leaders and enterprise partners on thought leadership and experiential client events that showcase Wells Fargo capabilities and solutions throughout the various stages of a clients' life as well as create experiences that offer exclusive access to industry specialists, and educational programs featuring cultural trends and activities conducted via virtual symposiums as well as in-person events.
* Provide a deep understanding of what drives Affluent client preferences for rewards and align client engagement and experiences to those preferences
* Work with the Affluent team leaders and enterprise partners to leverage, develop and implement a leading-edge Affluent event and reward offering, that is competitive with our peers across the industry and complimentary to other Wells Fargo programs
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders to communicate trends, provide activity and engagement reporting and results. Help advance firm objectives, implement business growth activities, and establish client prospecting and retention strategies
* Partner with enterprise resources for developing overall engagement strategy, event management and execution, budgeting, marketing, risk and compliance approvals, and issue management
* Understand regulatory issues as they relate to launching a client experience strategy
* Serve as the issue resolution and escalation contact, both internally and externally, for Affluent client programs and events, and manage conflicts to assure client confidence has been met and satisfaction has been achieved

Required Qualifications, US:

* 7+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
* 2+ years experience in facilitating virtual events for large scale client audiences

* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
* Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
* Strong relationship management skills
* Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
* Ability to provide oversight and guidance on escalated issues
* Ability to influence management on technical or business solutions
* Experience writing and editing internal communications and training-related materials in a corporate environment or financial institution
* Experience facilitating and delivering training or other related facilitation experience such as group meetings or presentations
* Ability to identify and recommend new policies/programs that improve existing products or develop new products
* Ability to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide swift/thorough resolution
* Experience communicating trends and impacts to all management levels

Job Expectations:

* Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

NYC-Pay Range: $138,500-$287,600

May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights or other long-term incentive awards.

$138,500.00 - $287,600.00 Annual
