  • Support Engineer 3 will represent and communicate with corporate customers via telephone, written correspondence, or electronic service regarding finding solutions for technically complex problems identified in products
  • Solve highly complex level of problems, involving broad, in-depth product knowledge or in-depth product specialty; That may include support of additional product line
  • Support Engineer 3 is responsible for efficiently managing the relationship with these customers and thoroughly documenting their cases Job Requirements:REQUIREMENTS:
    • Good to have: Azure certifications, SQL knowledge, AWS, or GCP knowledge
    • 3+ years of hands-on experience in administering Windows 2012, Windows 2016, and Windows 2019 Servers
    • 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience
    • Azure Administrator/Azure Active Directory hands on troubleshooting experience
    • Hands-on experience on Azure Active Directory components like AADConnect, Azure AD Domain Services, B2B, B2C, MFA, etc.
    • In-depth understanding and experience on Windows Active Directory Services (including ADS, Group Policies, FSMO Roles, DNS Zones, Replication, PKI, Migration etc.), knowledge of Authentication protocols
    • Knowledge and experience of other cloud technologies like O365, Exchange Online, Intune
    • Good Azure Active Directory (else Windows Active Directory) foundations
    • Good understanding and hands-on on ADFS or other federation technologies
    • Good English communication skills - Spoken and Written (including technical writing)
