Job Description:

Inergroup is hiring immediately for Client Service Coordinator jobs in Irving, TX. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will perform a variety of tasks related to facilitating communication with brokers/clients and engaging in freight scheduling. Weekly pay starting at $19/hr.

Responsibilities for this Staff Accountant job include:

• Research freight discrepancies and interact with other departments to resolve client issues
• Facilitates the shipping process and keeps records of all transactions
• Prepare various accrual entries along with providing supporting documentation
• Resolves discrepancies with shipping/pricing, and provides backup to AR/AP for payment issues
• Heavily involved in inventory tracking of raw/finished goods to meet on-hand minimums Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 3 - 5 years of administrative - office experience
  • Experience in freight logistics
  • Ability to research, retrieve, and organize data to prepare reports
