An experienced D365 Technical Support Consultant that knows the
technical aspects of Microsoft D365 ERP system with regards to
Architecture, Enhancements, and Administration. You can make
recommendations and create customized solutions for our clients in
the areas of integration, data conversion, and software
* Perform technical development, customization, and upgrade
activities including design and programming in applicable tools and
* Build positive client relationships and respond to client
questions, concerns, or needs
* Provide specialized services for clients with specific efforts
which also requires troubleshooting problems and identifying
* Regularly interact with our client base to effectively and
efficiently respond to client submissions to troubleshoot problems
and identify solutions
* Functional knowledge of software configurations, software fixes
and new enhancements, system turning and performance, training, and
liaison with other ISV solution providers
* Conduct meetings with clients to review and provide updates on
their support issues and set status, criticality, and priority of
* Independently apply subject matter expertise to track, analyst,
report, and apply the most appropriate course of action.
* Responsible for the coordination of communication and interaction
required for implementation of product promotions, process changes,
and new fixes/products.
* Proactively provide client service for clients by recommending
process/software changes to improve customer satisfaction
* Act as key resource to internal co-workers and external

Here's What You Need:
* Bachelor's degree
* Minimum of 3+ years of development experience with Microsoft
Dynamics AX/D365 is required
* Object-oriented programming with X++

* Development within the distribution and/or manufacturing industry
experience is a plus
* Team player with strong communication, organizational, project
management, and client interaction skills
Compensation for roles at Accenture varies depending on a wide
array of factors including but not limited to the specific office
location, role, skill set and level of experience.As required by
local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation
for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City
or Washington as set forth below andinformation on benefits offered
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role
California: $100,400 to $258,500
Colorado: $100,400 to $223,300
New York City: $116,300 to $258,500
Washington: $107,000 to $237,800
