Job Description:

PDQ Staffing Inc, is in search for a\_ *Bilingual Recruiter for our Irving location-*\_ we are looking for someone to attract and recruit quality, multilingual candidates in the light labor industry. Bilingual Recruiter responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to candidates, communicating with applicants in both languages, interviewing and/or assessing candidates to ensure a good fit and keeping in touch with hiring managers to stay informed of upcoming needs. Ultimately, you will be instrumental in all parts of the job-placement process and support hiring managers.

*Responsibilities*

* Work with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role
* Identify and reach out to prospective candidates through LinkedIn, job sites as in Indeed and Zip Recruiter and professional contacts
* Publish job ads to job boards and social media groups dedicated to expatriation and relocation
* Screen applicants through phone interviews in both required languages

* Source, screen, interview, and identify potential candidates to effectively fill various open job orders with various clients
* Recruit for candidates by networking through industry contacts, associations, trade groups, internet job boards, and employee referrals; and contacting these candidates personally
* Present potential candidates with appropriate skills and qualifications to client and prospective companies for placement
* Follow up daily with customers, candidates, and employees
* Responsible for filling job orders, fulfillment, backups and time to fill metrics.
* Administer necessary new hire procedures and maintain employee documents in a compliant and confidential manner
* Perform basic general office duties, phones, filing, and data entry
* Weekly recap to client and PDQ offices, (exit interviews, accidents, labor forecasts, etc.)
* Working to create positive relationships with customer hiring managers and HR personnel

*Willingness to help wherever necessary, including cross training with co-workers or being on call evenings and weekends*

*Rate- $18.00-$19.00 DOE *

*Shift: 8am-5p availability M-F (Flexibility is a MUST)*
