A new finance company has moved to Las Colinas and WE ARE HIRING What a great way to grow with a company A typical day in this role:Negotiate and facilitate communication with the customer to successfully obtain a commitment to pay.Conduct investigative activities to determine the whereabouts of customers through database searches and system records (Skip-Tracing).Act as intermediary between customers and dealers to research, substantiate, and resolve contract and vehicle concerns.Initiate and review repossession efforts to recover collateral.Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).Perform outbound calls and receive inbound calls through an auto-dialing system or manual telephone system.Responsible for maintaining satisfactory work efforts on an assigned queue.Meet and/or exceed daily goals and monthly goals.Requirements:Collections or solid call center experience.Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.1-2+ year(s) of experience in the collections field, preferably in the subprime consumer lending industry.Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to read, interpret and apply federal, state, and local collections regulations.Ability to interact with customers in a professional, tactful, and sensitive manner.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and to work independently and as part of a team.Available to work a flexible work schedule and overtime as needed.
