ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Collaborate with HR, Recruiting and Organizational Excellence to assist with all phases of the employment process including onboarding and payroll Maintain compliance with federal state and local employment and benefit laws and regulations Maintains employee documentation and personnel files Ensure compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification; periodically audits I-9. Input and maintain records and logs to conform to EEO and OSHA regulations. Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment. Maintains Human Resource Information System database Monitors and responds to unemployment claims Approves HR invoices for payment Process mail Models behavior that is consistent with Core Values Performs other related duties as required JOB REQUIREMENTS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: (Including Driver's License) Valid Driver's License required PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
