Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Quant Modeler for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Financial clients in Irving, TX.



Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Research, analyze, develop codes (SQL, Python, Spark), and document market risk models for FRTB projects.
  
  
  
  
  
  Required Skills:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Master's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, or another quantitative field (Mathematics, Engineering, Econometrics, Economics, etc.) is required.
    
  • 2 years of experience minimum
    
  • Quant modeling skills
    
  • python or spark skills
    
  • Financial engineering knowledge
    
  • Market risk knowledge
    
    
    
    
    
    Preferred Skills:
    
    
    •
