Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Researcher to join their
Health Division.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as principal investigator or project director for health
policy projects, managing teams and budgets
Offer leadership in content, methods, and policy expertise
Contribute to project efforts through publication of papers,
reviewing analyses and client deliverables for quality
assurance
Qualifications:
PhD in economics, sociology, psychology, or related field with
strong background in econometrics/statistics and research design,
or Master's Degree with at least 11 years of experience in research
and data analysis
Experience in implementing and/or conducting research on
alternative payment models, with knowledge of Medicare, Medicare
Advantage, or Medicaid programs
Proven track record of winning competitive contracts/grants and
leading impact studies
Collaborative leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
at a senior level
