Job Description:
A company is looking for a Community Success Contractor.
Key responsibilities:
Support the team that responds to all incoming email and phone
inquiries from lenders
Help track KPIs to monitor the success of the support team
Triage and respond to issues from lenders and collaborate with the
Community Success team to collect feedback for improvement
Required qualifications:
Experience delivering high-quality customer support through
email
Experience using Salesforce or other similar customer support
ticketing system
Tech savvy and comfortable learning new systems and
technologies
Able to handle up to 30 emails per day while maintaining a high
customer satisfaction score and managing other tasks
Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent,
full-time basis
