A company is looking for a CRM Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Graduate School CRM and application system
Provide technical assistance and end-user training
Initiate technical projects and maintain system

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Education, Business, or related field
2+ years of experience in technical support or software configuration
Experience creating user documentation
Strong technical skills and aptitude
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office products, web development, database, and data management
