A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to patients, members, and customers for various purposes
Assisting patients with scheduling appointments and providing healthcare information
Conducting surveys and making a positive impact on someone's life

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Strong computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Outlook
Excellent customer service skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Ability to adhere to schedules and demonstrate compassion
