Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Service Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle renewal lifecycle activities, including initiating process
workflows, handling client audit notifications, and conducting
account activity research
Review client benefits, evaluate renewal plan premiums, and propose
alternative benefit options to clients
Procure group renewals by identifying the need for renewal
documents, drafting renewal requests, and communicating effectively
with external partners
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
In-depth knowledge of internal resources
Minimum 2 years of working experience
Current life and health insurance license required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
