Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Portuguese/English Service
Desk Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support via phone, e-mail, and chat to employees of
corporate clients
Troubleshoot Outlook and Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 7,
Windows 10)
Support mobile devices, network printers, VPN connectivity, and
remote access tools
Qualifications:
Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in a related field
1 year of experience in a call center or service desk
environment
Knowledge of PC hardware and software applications, including
Office 365, ServiceNow, and internet support
Effective troubleshooting and documentation skills
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
