JOB TITLE: Client Success Operations Associate JOB LOCATION: Irving, TX WAGE RANGE*: 20 - 28/ hour JOB NUMBER:248992 JOB DESCRIPTION The Client Services Operation team members focus on a specific set of activities in support of the Client Service Partners globally. Responsibilities Work in collaboration with the Client Services Partner team to complete daily tasks supporting the delivery of sponsorship package components including collecting logos, pulling and providing registration and event lists, session alignments, floor plan alignment, etc. Responsible for proofing websites across all conferences to ensure it meets established quality standards and executes on all entitlements Understand the sponsor products and workflow maintaining standard operating procedures. Support with reporting capabilities (Activity Tracker) so Client Services Team can cultivate and expand existing business relationships through frequent pro-active client interactions.
